FTS Logical Errors

What Are Logical Errors?
A win logical error (highlighted in blue) was a win against a team who is currently above them in ranking.
A loss logical error (highlighted in red) was a loss against a team who is currently below them in ranking.

In some cases a logical error is an indicator of the competence of a ranking algorithm. In other cases, the errors are inevitable.
Logical errors can occur under a few circumstances:
  • The bout was an uspet.
  • The bout was long enough ago that it's no longer relevent.
  • A team could be being pulled in both directions if they have both win and loss errors (possibly from an inconsistent bouting record).

Every error is listed twice: as a win for one team, and a loss for the other.
These are all the logical errors from one year ago to today. Please take note of the date, when considering the severity of the error.
